Hermle Black Forest Mantle Clock
Westminster chime and bell strike. Franz Hermle & Sohn's top collection solid wood piano finished in an ebony mahogany finish. Inlaid marquetry on the front with four brasses trimmed columns. The clock has beveled glass on all four sides as well as the top. This allows the beautiful polished brass 8-day bell movement to be seen from an angle. This movement features an 11-jewel Swiss escapement, second hand and automatic night shut-off from 9:45 p.m until 7:00 a.m. The round dial with Roman numerals and metal steel blue eyelet style hands is highlighted with gold plating. This clock is a true collector's item. This clock plays Westminster chime and bell strike. Made in Germany. 12 1/4" x 10 1/4" x 7 7/8".

14-day passing bell strike movement. Solid hardwood and veneered bowshaped mantle skeleton clock with piano finished walnut burlwood. Featuring an inlaid marquetry on the front as well as inlaid brass on the columns. The glass on four sides highlights the 14-day passing bell strike movement, which has polished plates and a polished brass pendulum. The dial ring is diamond cut and has Roman numerals with metal filigree hands. Made in Germany. 11 7/8" x 7 1/2" x 5 3/8".
